TOP date and sales gallery address confirmed

The updated developer e-book confirms an estimated TOP date of Q4 2030 and gives the sales gallery address as 11 Bassein Road, Singapore 309839, directly beside the development site. Also newly confirmed: a second Sky Terrace on Level 3, ceiling heights of 2.89m in living areas and bedrooms, and a smart home provision. Full details are on our FAQ page.

Artist’s impressions released

The first set of artist’s impressions for The Serra Residences is now available, showing the arrival court and tower entrance, the lap pool and sun deck, the poolside dining pavilion, the residents’ clubhouse, the gymnasium, an elevated social terrace, an outdoor fitness corner, a wellness lounge and the children’s pool and playground. Preview timeline revised — now targeting October

The developer has advised that the preview for The Serra Residences will be pushed back due to a delay in authority approval. The previously indicated September window no longer applies. The revised timeline being targeted is:

• Staff & VVIP Preview 1 October 2026
• Public Preview 2 to 13 October 2026
• Sales Booking 16 to 17 October 2026

E-Book released and full unit mix confirmed

Marketing materials for The Serra Residences confirm a freehold development of 133 residences in a single 28-storey tower at 7 Bassein Road, with 2 Bedroom with Study through to 5 Bedroom Premium homes and two penthouses. Price list and floor plans

The official price list is typically released close to the booking date, currently targeted for 16 and 17 October 2026. We will publish it here as soon as it is available, along with the detailed floor plans for each unit type.
